   DHI, llc was founded by Hospitality Human Resource Professionals in 2004 with headquarters in Orlando, Florida . 

  We specialize in delivering International Programs as staffing solutions for the Hospitality Industry.  

   Since our inception, we have placed thousands of qualified candidates in positions with  premier organizations in the Hotel, Resort, Country Club and Vacation Ownership industry. DHI only places hospitality/culinary school students, recent graduates, and experienced hospitality workers.

DHI -H2B Seasonal Worker program

The H-2B Seasonal Worker program allows experienced hospitality and culinary workers to come to the USA to work for up to 10 months during your approved season.  DHI recruits workers from around the world that have previous hospitality experience. Our participants are hard working, quick to learn and genuinely enjoy working in the guest service industry.

DHI will work with you to identify your season and assist with the entire application process.

Seasonal Workers can return year after year to work during your season.

DHI has successfully filed hundreds of H-2B petitions for  potential employers with the U.S. government.

DHI will fully coordinate the entire process from the initial filing to participant selection and arrival.

J-1 Intern/Trainee Program

 Allows international students and recent graduates from hospitality, tourism, and culinary courses to come to the USA to participate in structured on-the-job training. 

Training programs typically  last 6 to 12 months.

DHI will work with your property to develop a training program and assist you with all of the necessary paperwork 

 Training programs can be developed in:

  • Culinary
  • Guest Service
  • Rooms Division
  • Food and Beverage

Work and Travel Program  

Allows college students from around the world to experience the U.S. by working at popular resort destinations during their school vacation.

Students can work for up to 16 weeks 

Work and Travel students can fill positions during the following seasons : 

    • Spring- beginning in March
    • Summer- beginning in May or June
    • Winter - beginning in December

   Students have successfully filled positions in:

    •  Housekeeping
    •  F&B
    •  Banquet Support
    •  Culinary
    •  Recreation
    •  Front Office
    •  and many more.

DHI Associate Development Program

We work with your company and the new associate to assure success during the first 90 days of employment.
During the development period the associate is on our payroll, saving you payroll taxes and benefits costs while you determine whether the associate is a good fit for your organization. Because they are pre-qualified, associates are able to on-board quickly.
This is not a temporary solution, but a program designed for individuals who want be a part of your team.
