• Your current H-2B visa / I-94 card has not expired
• You are still employed by the H-2B employer that most recently sponsored you, and you can provide copies of your 3 most recent paystubs
• You have not been in the USA for more than 36 months consecutively as an H-2B worker
• You have previous hotel or hospitality related work experience
